We are looking for energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and take pride in delivering top-tier hospitality standards. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, following established protocols. Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of hallways and public spaces. Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction. Handle janitorial tasks including waste removal, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting to uphold hygiene standards. Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment properly to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily cleaning schedules efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial work is highly desirable. Familiarity with cleaning techniques, floor care equipment, and industrial cleaning supplies. Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest service expectations. Experience managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
