Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain cleanliness of floors through proper floor care techniques such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction Follow established safety and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards and prevent hazards Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels Support the overall cleanliness of the hotel by performing janitorial tasks in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms Experience Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles within hotels or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Experience with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment is advantageous Knowledge of hospitality standards and custodial practices will help ensure high-quality service delivery Housekeeping management experience is a plus for those interested in supervisory or team-leading roles Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to creating memorable stays for our guests!
