Job Description
As a Room Attendant at Great Wolf Lodge, you help create clean, comfortable spaces that make family stays memorable. You'll clean and reset guest rooms and public areas, change linens, restock amenities, and sanitize high-touch surfaces to strict brand and safety standards. You'll promptly report maintenance or safety issues, follow health and cleanliness protocols, and use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely. Working in a fun, guest-obsessed, team-focused environment, you support quick room turns, respond to guest requests, and help ensure every family enjoys a safe, welcoming stay. Responsibilities Clean and reset guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to brand standards Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and guest amenities Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize high-touch surfaces and fixtures Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items promptly Follow housekeeping checklists and room inspection standards Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to procedures Adhere to health, safety, and infection-control guidelines Support laundry operations as needed (sorting, folding, stocking) Respond to guest requests courteously and in a timely manner Work collaboratively with housekeeping and front desk teams to meet room-turn goals Required Skills Hotel housekeeping Room cleaning and sanitation Use of cleaning chemicals and equipment Time management and room-turn efficiency Health and safety compliance Inventory and amenity restocking Basic maintenance issue identification Laundry support and linen handling Guest service and communication Teamwork in hospitality environment
