House & Office Cleaning Professional

Overview:

We are based in the Downriver area, which is also where the majority of the work is located. Hiring for a home & office cleaning position. Willing to consider hiring on a part time basis. Looking for someone that can start between 5-8am(M-F). Pay is negotiable. Driving/mileage is also compensated. Potential raise after 30 days and then again at 90 days. Looking to set up interviews immediately.

You must:

Have your own reliable vehicle & be able to use it

Have a reliable cell phone with you each day Be honest, dependable & hard working Have a good attitude Have no criminal record & able to pass criminal background check Be ON TIME Responsibilities such as:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
• Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
• Adhere to health and safety regulations

Experience:

• Previous experience in house or office cleaning or related field is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques is a plus
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills Please note that this position does not involve carpet cleaning, custodial work, laundering, housekeeping management, or hotel-related tasks.

It is focused on general house and office cleaning duties.

Pay:

From $15.00 per hour
