Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces, ensuring they meet cleanliness standards. Conduct detailed floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces to maintain pristine flooring. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain high levels of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and ensuring proper waste disposal procedures are followed. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing our guests' requests promptly and professionally. Manage custodial tasks such as restocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and ensuring cleaning equipment is well-maintained. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling cleaning routines and coordinating team efforts for large-scale cleaning projects. Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with a strong understanding of janitorial practices. Prior hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation protocols, and the use of cleaning machinery. Experience in laundry operations and maintaining cleanliness standards in hospitality or residential settings. Knowledge of custodial procedures and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
