Job Description
Park Manor Estates in Detroit Lakes, MN is looking for a housekeeper to maintain the properties appearance and clean apartments once residents move out. The building cleaning includes but not limited to; vacuuming, dusting, bathrooms, windows, trash, kitchen, mopping and other daily cleaning as needed. When residents move out sometimes they don't clean up to our standards and staff has to clean after the move out and this includes; 1 and 2 Bedroom apartments and 2 Bedroom Townhomes with bathroom, living room and kitchen. This position is part time at 10 hours per week; M-F with no weekends or on call in the evenings. These hours could fluctuate based on then needs of the building and office.
