Forest Lake, MN Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Short-Term Disability & Life Insurance Sick Leave Employee Assistance Program Referral Bonus Program ($100 for each referral who works 100 hours) Key Responsibilities Guest Room Cleaning — Clean and refresh guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, and sanitizing all surfaces Public Area Maintenance — Maintain cleanliness of hallways, restrooms, lobbies, and other shared spaces Restocking Supplies — Refill towels, toiletries, cleaning products, and housekeeping carts Deep Cleaning Tasks — Perform periodic deep cleaning such as carpet spot cleaning, high‑dusting, and furniture wipe‑downs Safety & Compliance — Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection‑control procedures Qualifications Attention to Detail — Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness Physical Stamina — Able to bend, lift, stand, and move for an 8‑hour shift Time Management — Efficiently complete assigned rooms and tasks Teamwork — Willingness to support team members as needed Experience Preferred — Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience helpful but not required About Express Employment
