Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential or commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and clothing. Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the appearance of various surfaces. Execute commercial cleaning tasks in accordance with established protocols and safety standards. Provide custodial services by maintaining cleanliness in restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Assist with housekeeping management duties as needed to ensure smooth operations. Respond promptly to customer requests and inquiries, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills. Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards. Qualifications Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment. Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service to clients. Experience in cooking is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
