AKA:
Your Superpowers) Keep it
Clean & Cozy:
Clean resident apartments and common areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces. Dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect surfaces to ensure a healthy, pleasant environment. Manage laundry services—wash, dry, and fold linens and personal clothing with care. Restock housekeeping supplies and keep storage areas neat and organized.
Support Resident Well-Being:
Help maintain a clean and safe environment to reduce health risks and improve quality of life. Follow resident schedules and preferences when performing services to promote comfort and satisfaction. Alert leadership to maintenance concerns or safety hazards you notice during your rounds. Be a
Team Player:
Collaborate with care staff and other departments to meet resident needs. Step in to assist during special events, seasonal deep cleans, or when a teammate needs a hand. Treat residents and coworkers with kindness, dignity, and respect at all times. What You Bring to the Table (Besides a Love for Clean Spaces) ✔
Experience & Skills:
Previous housekeeping experience preferred—but not required. We'll train the right person! Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols. Positive attitude and excellent time management skills. ✔
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and carry throughout a full shift. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and use housekeeping equipment safely. ✔
Certifications:
