Housekeeping MOD / Housekeeping Leadership SUMMARY The PRC Housekeeping Runner supports daily housekeeping operations at Poplar River Condos by keeping cleaning teams supplied, assisting with room turnover, transporting laundry and materials, and helping the MOD respond to changing operational needs throughout the day. This position requires strong communication, organization, flexibility, and a willingness to assist wherever needed to help units and property areas remain ready for guests.

SAMPLING OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Stripping departing units and moving used laundry to designated carts and transport areas.
• Stock guest units according to established par counts and restock housekeeping closets as directed by the MOD.
• Prepare the assigned van with linens, supplies, and room materials needed for the day.
• Transport laundry from PRC to laundry and Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, and other laundered items according to established procedures.
• Assist with guest requests and operational needs throughout the day, including drop-offs coordinated through the MOD.
• Maintain regular communication with the MOD regarding priorities, progress, guest needs, and operational concerns.
• Keep all workspaces organized and well maintained
• Assist with property maintenance, grounds work, or other priorities assigned by the MOD.
• Assist with employee transportation when assigned.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on operational needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

No experience is required if applicant demonstrates a willingness to learn and work well with others. Housekeeping and customer service experience preferred. Must have a strong attention to detail. Must have valid drivers license. EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

Less than high school education; up to six months related experience or training. Individual must have ability to work flexible working hours including weekend, weekdays and holidays.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. Rubber gloves and face mask are provided as required or needed. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee frequently is required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. This job occasionally requires long working hours.
