The Motel & Motor Lodge is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper! We're a locally owned, newly renovated motel in Osakis with a growing number of guest rooms. We're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces for our guests. You'll be the one hands-on cleaning our guest rooms to a high standard, day in and day out. What You'll Do Clean and prepare guest rooms to our standards Manage laundry, linens and housekeeping supplies Keep hallways and common areas clean Complete rotating deep-cleaning projects during slower days Inspect your own work to make sure rooms are guest-ready Communicate maintenance issues or damaged items to ownership Schedule This is a part-time daytime position, generally between 10 am and 3 pm. Daily hours will vary based on how many guests are checking out that day — some days may only need an hour of work, while busier turnover days could run 4-5 hours. You'll check our daily checkout numbers to know what kind of day you're walking into, and your schedule will flex accordingly. Weekend availability is required, but this is not intended to be a seven-day-a-week position. We're Looking for Someone Who Is extremely reliable and takes showing up seriously Notices the little things and takes pride in doing a job well Can work independently without needing constant direction Is comfortable with a physically active job — this role involves real physical work, including bending, lifting (must be able to lift at least 30 lbs), making beds and being on your feet for the shift Is flexible with day-to-day hours based on occupancy Is willing to work some weekends and busier travel periods Housekeeping experience is helpful, but the right attitude, reliability and attention to detail matter more to us than a perfect résumé. We're renovating the property room by room and building something we're genuinely proud of. Our rooms are newly renovated, thoughtfully designed and maintained to a high standard. Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have reliable transportation to and from Osakis, MN? Are you reliably available to work daytime hours, generally between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM? Are you available to work every other weekend as part of a rotating housekeeping schedule? This position's daily hours will vary based on check outs. Some shifts may end earlier when the day's work is complete, while busy days may require a longer shift. Are you comfortable with this type of schedule?
