Duties Perform comprehensive floor cleaning and maintenance using various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and mops to ensure spotless surfaces throughout the property Handle cleaning tasks with appropriate chemical agents, adhering strictly to safety data sheets (SDS) and safety protocols for chemical handling and sanitation Assist with heavy lifting and manual handling of supplies, furniture, or equipment to support housekeeping staff and maintain operational efficiency Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, hallways, service areas, and public spaces by vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and detailed sanitation procedures Support hotel housekeeping management by replenishing supplies, restocking linen carts, and ensuring all cleaning tools are properly maintained Follow hotel emergency procedures promptly in case of incidents or safety concerns, ensuring guest safety at all times Provide excellent customer service by responding courteously to guest requests and inquiries related to cleanliness or facilities Qualifications Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning environments preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, polishing, and chemical application Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and steam cleaners Ability to handle chemical agents safely following SDS guidelines and proper disposal procedures Physical ability for heavy lifting, manual handling tasks, and standing for extended periods Strong understanding of sanitation standards within hospitality settings and hotel housekeeping management practices Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards guests and team members Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols is advantageous Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences by maintaining pristine environments that guests love.
