Join The Cleaning Solution, a locally owned residential cleaning company based in White Bear Lake. We provide professional cleaning services to loyal, recurring clients throughout the surrounding area, offering steady schedules, consistent hours, and a supportive team environment. Pay & Benefits Starting pay of $18.00/hour and up Weekly paychecks Paid training at $17.00/hour Paid for all drive time between homes No evenings, nights, weekends, or Mondays Cleaning supplies provided Consistent schedule and steady hours Work with an amazing, supportive team Schedule Tuesday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No Experience? No Problem! We are happy to train motivated individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn. Requirements Available Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance Able to perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated Basic English communication skills Able to pass a background check Why Work With Us?
