• Full-time Sparklers can earn approximately $1,000+ per week , plus tips from happy clients. Your evenings and weekends are yours
• We work Monday through Friday during daytime hours. No nights and no weekends. Work independently
• After training, you'll primarily clean clients' homes on your own Weekly pay
• Get paid every week through direct deposit. We'll teach you
• Professional cleaning experience is great, but it's not required. We provide paid, hands-on training in our cleaning methods and standards. Benefits for the future

What Your Day Looks Like You'll travel to several client homes in Woodbury and surrounding communities and give each home the detailed, dependable Sparkle clean our clients count on. You'll spend your day: Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms Dusting, vacuuming and mopping Following our proven cleaning system and quality standards Caring for company-provided cleaning supplies and equipment Communicating professionally with clients and your Sparkle team Staying on schedule while delivering consistently great work This is an active, physical job . You'll be moving throughout the day, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling and reaching. You Might Be a Great Sparkler If You... Are dependable and take being on time seriously Enjoy working independently Notice the little things other people miss Like staying active instead of sitting behind a desk Take pride in leaving something better than you found it Are comfortable driving between client homes throughout the day Appreciate being trusted to do your job well What You'll Need To be considered, you must: Be legally authorized to work in the United States Have a valid driver's license Have a reliable, insured vehicle you can use to travel between client homes Be willing and able to complete a criminal background check Be available Monday-Friday during daytime hours Be able to lift up to 20 pounds and comfortably perform the physical requirements of residential cleaning Live within approximately 30 minutes of Woodbury, Minnesota Previous professional cleaning, housekeeping or janitorial experience is helpful, but it isn't required . Reliability, work ethic , a heart of service and a willingness to learn matter more to us.
