Experience in industrial cleaning, hospitality, or custodial services is preferred. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms. Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with company policies. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping or related fields such as hospitality or custodial services is preferred. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care methods. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
