- Common area building janitorial/runner services. Clean floors, ensure hallways are litter free and maintain elevator appearance. Ensure light fixtures and railings are cleaned as part of a preventative maintenance schedule. Assist with in room deep cleaning services on an as needed basis. Support laundry/housekeeping team during high occupancy periods. General Statement
