Job Description What You Will Do:
Lead and inspire your Event Technology team to deliver flawless AV, lighting, and conferencing experiences—training, coaching, and supporting them every step of the way. Oversee department operations ensuring top-notch guest experiences that shine on brand service scores while maintaining health, safety, and cleanliness standards. Collaborate closely with Sales and other departments to deliver seamless event technology solutions on time and within budget. Manage financial performance by controlling labor, equipment, and supply costs—and driving revenue through smart tech initiatives. Troubleshoot and execute all AV and event technology setups, supporting guests with expert guidance on equipment use. Coordinate vendor contracts and manage incoming/outgoing shipments to ensure smooth event execution.What We Are Looking For:
3+ years in AV or event technology: Because you need solid technical chops to keep the show running.Leadership experience:
Great tech skills are only half the story; you inspire and develop your team to do their best.Hospitality background preferred:
Knowing the rhythm of guest service helps create memorable event experiences.Tech-savvy:
Comfortable with Microsoft Suite, operating systems, and work management tools to keep things efficient.Physically able and flexible:
