Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning using appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents. Implement sanitation procedures to ensure all areas meet health and safety standards. Manage laundry services efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary to maintain property cleanliness. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques. Use janitorial supplies responsibly while adhering to safety protocols for cleaning surfaces and equipment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout your duties. Experience Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles is highly preferred. Familiarity with cleaning and sanitation procedures, including the use of various cleaning detergents and equipment. Hands-on experience with floor cleaning, carpet care, dusting, and surface sanitation. Knowledge of laundry processes and handling different types of fabrics with proper techniques. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple residences. Experience with custodial or janitorial work is advantageous.
