Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in residential settings. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a pristine environment by performing a variety of cleaning tasks, managing laundry, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Your attention to detail, time management skills, and proactive approach will help create a welcoming and hygienic space for residents and visitors alike. This position offers an opportunity to showcase your cleaning expertise while contributing to a positive living experience. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning using appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents. Implement sanitation procedures to ensure all areas meet health and safety standards. Manage laundry services efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary to maintain property cleanliness. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques. Use janitorial supplies responsibly while adhering to safety protocols for cleaning surfaces and equipment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout your duties. Experience Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles is highly preferred. Familiarity with cleaning and sanitation procedures, including the use of various cleaning detergents and equipment. Hands-on experience with floor cleaning, carpet care, dusting, and surface sanitation. Knowledge of laundry processes and handling different types of fabrics with proper techniques. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple residences. Experience with custodial or janitorial work is advantageous.
