Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Attendant to join our team in providing exceptional service within our hospitality environment. Duties Perform cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Carry out floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting spaces as needed. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or services. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Follow safety protocols and procedures while performing janitorial tasks. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure all areas meet established cleanliness standards. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is preferred. Familiarity with cleaning techniques and floor care equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Experience in janitorial or custodial roles is a plus. Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is beneficial. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
