Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide proactive customer service to casino and office guests. Maintain the safety of customers and guests. Ensure all public areas are vacuumed, dusted, wiped clean, and mopped where needed. Pick up paper, trash, litter, debris, and clean ashtrays around all gaming areas and machines. Maintain clean and sanitary restrooms. Clean windows, blinds, gaming machines, light fixtures, and pit areas. Clean and maintain employee break rooms. Report to the supervisor all unsafe and hazardous conditions. Vacuum, dust, clean, and empty trash of all offices, break rooms, and training rooms. Clean all elevators, stairways, and foyers. Maintain proper department uniform, appearance, and grooming standards. Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies. Perform all job functions safely and responsibly. Perform any reasonable request made by your immediate supervisor or any Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All Employees must know all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Must be at least 18 years of age. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Level II Missouri Gaming License. SKILLS Must be able to communicate in English effectively. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
