Job Description

Our company is looking for a candidate for housekeeping a couple of days a week, maintenance and transports the other days. Must have a valid drivers license and have some experience in maintenance. The Candidate will be expected to pay attention to detail and possess strong time management skills. We're looking for someone who is detail oriented, a self starter and dependable who will fulfil their job duties.
JOB DUTIES
You will be assigned a hallway of rooms that you will be expected to complete cleaning duties as specified. You will be trained in vitals and help complete vitals and record them at the beginning of your shift. You be assigned work maintenance work orders to complete. You will take residents to appointments and stay with them.
MAINTENANCE SKILLS NEEDED
1. Painting 2. Minor Drywall 3. Minor Plumbing 4. Experience with minor appliance repairs 5. Assembly of furniture 6. Lawncare in the heat 7. Building inspections daily and spotting issues 8. Replacing lighting/lightbulbs ETC.
