No dental experience is required —we'll provide full training for the right person! What You'll Do Build strong relationships and rapport with patients to help them understand their treatment options. Confidently present and discuss treatment plans and financial arrangements . Use your sales and communication skills to help patients say "yes" to the care they need. Lead by example and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment. Manage scheduling and coordinate patient flow efficiently. What We're Looking For Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic. Proven sales, customer service, or hustle experience —you love achieving goals! Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills . Positive attitude and the ability to inspire confidence in patients. Organized, professional, and eager to learn.
