Duties Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Care for floors using appropriate cleaning methods such as sweeping, polishing, or deep cleaning to maintain a pristine appearance Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency Follow established safety protocols and cleaning procedures to uphold health standards and prevent accidents Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of the property Maintain detailed logs of completed cleaning tasks and inspections for accountability and quality assurance Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or hospitality environments—hotel experience is highly valued Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and custodial practices across various settings including industrial or commercial spaces Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, welcoming environments!
