Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Housekeeper to support a private residence on a part-time basis. This role begins with a single weekly client (2 hours per week) and is ideal for someone looking to grow into additional hours and clients as Porter Staffing Agency expands. Key Responsibilities Perform general housekeeping duties (cleaning, tidying, light organization) Maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming home environment Work efficiently within a structured time window Adapt to an active household environment, including children and pets Follow service standards and maintain professionalism in all interactions Communicate clearly with Porter management regarding scheduling or issues What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual High attention to detail Comfortable working around children and pets Professional, respectful, and discreet Self-motivated with strong time management Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred (not required) Prior sales experience preferred (not required)

Compensation Starting Pay:

$20-$25/hour (based on experience) Minimum weekly schedule: 2 hours Opportunity to increase hours and earnings as new clients are added Referral bonus of 20% of revenue for client's first year Growth Opportunity This is more than a single placement.
