Job Description

Ensure all areas of Casino are clean and meet OSHA/Safety standards.
  • Excellent internal/external guest service;
  • Assist Housekeeping Supervisor with housekeeping employees;
  • Maintains cleanliness of assigned areas; pick up and remove trash and debris;
  • Work with other departments including Risk to ensure safety standards met;
  • Ensure preventative care of equipment and supplies;
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and complete assignments in a timely manner;
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned.
The Housekeeping Lead is responsible for supporting the Housekeeping Supervisor and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role includes overseeing housekeeping employees in the Supervisor's absence, providing direction, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring all team members follow established cleaning procedures and safety standards. The Lead will act as the primary point of contact for staff during shifts when supervisory leadership is unavailable, helping resolve issues, maintaining workflow, and ensuring all guest and departmental needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
