Responsibilities The Environmental Services Team Member is responsible for cleaning assigned areas according to company standards to ensure a clean environment for residents and fellow staff members. Being efficient, dedicated, a good listener and a problem-solver is what will open our door for you. Clean areas according to company standards and within required time frames. Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing. Replenishes supplies such as bathroom necessities, linen and terry, ect. Transport trash and waste to disposal areas. Stocks, organizes, and maintains housekeeping carts and equipment. Strickly adheres to safety and security policies to ensure personal safety, safety of the residents and their belongings, and company property. Always maintain a positive mindset, hardworking attitude, and friendly manner. Communication is key. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Requirements:

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Prior experience in a similar role is preferable. Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance. Ability to work quickly without compromising quality. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Capacity to lift 20 pounds unaided. Great communication and people skills. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Available to work shifts and on weekends. Aptitude in problem-solving. Why work with us?
