Job Description
Job Summary Kirkwood National Golf Club & Cottages is hiring an outgoing, people-first Snack Bar team member, with occasional cross-training in cottage housekeeping. This position involves preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Bring the energy that keeps our golfers and cottage guests coming back! This is a seasonal position, working Thursday through Sunday. Hours may not require all four days every week; schedule flexes with demand. We're open to hiring two people to split the schedule if needed. Must be 21 years of age or older to serve alcohol. Responsibilities Snack Bar (primary role): Prepare and serve food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages Maintain a clean, well-stocked, welcoming service area Handle transactions accurately Bring friendly energy to every guest interaction Housekeeping (cross-trained, scheduled on separate days): Clean and turn over our six onsite cottages to impeccable standards between guest stays Perform daily tidying during multi-night guest visits Bring attention to detail and pride in your work Qualifications Outgoing and personable — genuinely enjoys talking with guests and creates a fun, welcoming atmosphere Reliable and punctual Must be 21 years of age or older Prior food/beverage or hospitality experience a plus, but not required Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods Schedule Thursday through
