Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all residential areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas as needed. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure a hygienic environment, adhering to safety standards. Conduct floor cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor care to maintain surfaces in pristine condition. Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely while maintaining their proper functioning through manual handling and routine maintenance. Dust surfaces, clean windows, mirrors, and other fixtures to uphold a spotless appearance. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout each visit. Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning roles with janitorial or custodial backgrounds preferred. Hands-on experience with various cleaning techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and outdoor work is highly desirable. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, sanitation standards, and proper use of cleaning equipment is essential. Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks in fast-paced environments. Physical capability for heavy lifting and manual handling required for moving furniture or large items safely. Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus.
