Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all residential areas. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment, adhering to health standards. Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently. Operate cleaning equipment including vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and other janitorial tools with proper manual handling techniques. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor spaces when required, including patios or entryways, ensuring a tidy exterior appearance. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and provide excellent customer service. Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is highly preferred. Knowledge of cleaning detergents, surface care products, and proper use of cleaning equipment. Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items safely when necessary. Familiarity with floor cleaning techniques including carpet care and outdoor work experience is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Exceptional communication skills for client interaction and understanding specific housekeeper requirements. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments while maintaining professionalism.
