As a vital member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a pristine environment, providing exceptional service to clients, and ensuring that every space reflects our commitment to quality and hygiene. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to maintain a hygienic environment. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure safety and compliance with health standards. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Clean floors using various methods such as sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to preserve their appearance and durability. Manage outdoor work tasks when necessary, including outdoor surface cleaning and light landscaping support. Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to manual handling guidelines for heavy lifting or moving furniture. Communicate professionally with clients regarding their specific needs or special requests related to housekeeping services. Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with a strong understanding of janitorial or custodial practices. Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and the use of various cleaning detergents and equipment. Experience in laundry management and handling cleaning supplies responsibly. Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Prior outdoor work experience is a plus, along with excellent customer service skills for client communication.
