Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment Handle various chemical agents safely, adhering to safety data sheets (SDS) and chemical handling protocols Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and perform detailed floor care to maintain a spotless environment Manage cleaning equipment efficiently, ensuring all tools are maintained and stored properly after use Assist with heavy lifting tasks such as moving furniture or supplies while following manual handling safety procedures Follow hotel housekeeping management procedures to ensure consistency and quality standards are met Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns related to cleanliness or sanitation, providing excellent customer service at all times Qualifications Proven experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or janitorial services within a hospitality environment Knowledge of floor cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning methods, and sanitation standards Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and effectively while understanding safety data sheets (SDS) requirements Physical stamina for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols is preferred Previous experience with hotel housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus Join us in creating a welcoming space where cleanliness meets excellence!
