Duties Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces. Ensure all surfaces are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained to uphold the highest standards of hygiene. Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed. Respond promptly to guest requests for assistance or information regarding facility amenities. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management for timely resolution. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Experience Previous experience in custodial or industrial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is an advantage. Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is beneficial for understanding guest expectations. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness are essential for success in this role. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
