Job Summary:
We believe every guest deserves a spotless stay and a warm welcome. Our Housekeeping Team is the magic behind the scenes, turning rooms into cozy, clean havens - and we're looking for Housekeepers to join our squad of cleanliness champions. If you're detail-obsessed, towel-folding is your art form, and you believe even pillows deserve perfection, we've got a room (and a job) with your name on it. Schedule:

Make beds so crisp they could star in a linen commercial. Dust, vacuum, and scrub your way to five-star sparkle. Replenish supplies like soap, towels, and that one coffee pod guests always use first. Report any room issues to maintenance (you've got a sharp eye and sixth sense for missing screens) Fluff bed pillows like a cloud artist. Greet guests with a friendly smile. Follow safety and sanitation standards like the clean pro you are. Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner. Completed guest rooms will be inspected by Room Inspector or Housekeeping Manager prior to occupancy. May be required to return to guest room to meet standards. Make sure Personal Protective Equipment is always followed. Follow Company and departmental environmental practices, safety practices, and policies and procedures Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Essential Skills and Knowledge:
Must be organized and have a great eye for details to ensure quality expectations and standards. Great communication skills, using clear and professional language. Have the ability to support housekeeping team to reach common goals and deadlines. An eagle eye for detail and a love for clean, organized spaces A friendly, positive attitude - even on busy check-out days Reliable, responsible, and ready to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to clean 12-14 guest rooms per shift. Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but we'll happily train the right person! A valid US Driver's License and clear driving record is preferred.
Physical Requirements include:
Lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds as needed throughout the day. Constant lifting and carrying of supplies and linens throughout the day. Making beds, bending, kneeling, stretching, and reaching as needed for up to 8 hours per shift. Standing for long periods of time, frequent walking up and down stairs, as well as in outdoor areas sporadically throughout the day. Pushing a hotel cart or cabin cart up to 50-75 pounds as needed. Working safely with required chemicals.
