Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team At the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Glendive, MT . In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other staff members to uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms. Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens and towels. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by housekeeping management. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests regarding housekeeping. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a hospitality environment. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
