Room attendants see our guests more than most other departments. It is important that they display a good attitude, smile, and a willingness to help guests at all times.

Duties Include:

Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing, and polishing Making beds Attention to detail Positive attitude towards supervisors and co-workers Willingness to correct mistakes with a positive attitude Notifying managers of damages and deficits for repair Deal with guest requests and complaints cheerfully and quickly Maintain stock on housekeeping cart and maintain equipment Adhere to health and safety regulations Perform cleaning procedures in the way prescribed by management Work schedule assigned without excessive absences
