Our service offering includes primary medical care, behavioral health, pharmacy and dental services in an integrated model that provides a comprehensive approach to care for our patients. Position Overview The Housekeeping Technician at Harvest Family Health Center is responsible for providing housekeeping maintenance for the center by ensuring the facility is clean and well maintained. This position reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
THIS POSITION OFFERS A 20-HOUR WORKWEEK, NO WEEKENDS, PAID TIME OFF, 12 PAID HOLIDAYS, BI-WEEKLY PAY.
Essential Tasks Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. Gather and empty trash. Service, clean and supply restrooms. Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, vents, ceiling vents. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors. Clean baseboards, walls, and ceilings. Experience and Education High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year of similar work experience. Customer service and communication skills. Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, 4-hour shift, day shift Thursday 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm 4-hour shift, evening shift Physical Requirements Individuals may need to sit or stand for long periods of time, occasional bending, stooping, lifting including of patients, reaching forwards and overhead. Possibly requires walking primarily on a level service for periods throughout the day. Both proper lifting techniques and frequent computer work are required. Must be able to travel freely in the local area; between clinics, hospitals, health departments, etc. Benefits Paid time off Holidays 401(k) and match Job Type Part-Time License/Certification Valid North Carolina Driver's License. Base Pay Overview The starting pay for this position is $11.50 hourly. Please keep in mind that actual salary will vary based on various factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the roles.
