Job Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Experienced Cleaners and Housekeepers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of residential and rental properties. Your dedication to high standards of cleanliness and customer service will ensure our clients enjoy a comfortable, hygienic environment. This position offers an engaging work environment where your skills in cleaning, sanitizing, floor care, and hospitality support will shine. Whether working in private homes, short term rentals, or office buildings, you'll play a vital role in creating welcoming and pristine spaces that leave a lasting positive impression. We are the preferred cleaning service of Emerald Isle and surrounding areas and as such, expectations of excellence are high and motivated by the satisfaction of our clients! Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and rental spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Maintain floors through proper care techniques. Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally Replenishing supplies and maintain cleaning equipment Support management by reporting maintenance issues promptly Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or short term rental cleaning environments Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care and sanitation practices. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor High standard of professionalism Ability to demonstrate quick and efficient cleaning techniques and skills.
