Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to meet high standards of cleanliness. Conduct specialized floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning, waxing, polishing, and floor stripping to maintain pristine flooring conditions. Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care and efficiency. Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during visits. Manage janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained. Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or injuries during cleaning procedures. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry operations. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling as needed. Knowledge of safety procedures related to the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Experience in hotel housekeeping management or hospitality industry is a plus but not required. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
