Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, lobbies, and other public spaces with precision and care. Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction. Perform floor care duties including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness of all surfaces. Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing special attention or repairs, reporting issues promptly. Follow established safety protocols and cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are used efficiently and stored properly. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily cleanliness goals while providing exceptional hospitality service. Qualifications Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards. Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and custodial tools is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining guest comfort. Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and customer service principles is a plus.
