Full Job Description Job Overview:

Please note that this is not a warehouse or office-based position ; you will be required to travel to various job sites and must possess your own reliable transportation vehicle to get to each location. We are seeking dependable Full-Time and Part-Time Cleaners to join our team. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic environment, as it features a flexible schedule with hours that may change or be inconsistent based on client needs.

Role Overview Pay Rate:

$14•$17 per hour

Schedule:

Monday•Friday, 9:00 AM•5:00 PM (Saturdays optional)

Workload:

Typically 2 to 3 cleaning assignments per day

Training:

Full training provided during your first week

Core Responsibilities Standard Cleaning:

Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.

Specialized Areas:

Deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces.

Home Care:

Laundering linens and making beds.

Client Relations:

Providing top-tier customer service and addressing specific client requests.

Communication:

Reporting any pre-existing damages, accidents, or supply needs to the manager promptly.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to regularly stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Requirements & Qualifications Must-Haves:

Valid Driver's License, personal vehicle , and a clean background check.

Documentation:

Must have a Social Security Number or Tax ID.

Location:

Must reside near Fayetteville or the surrounding cities.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a crew.

Preferred:
