Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities to ensure a fresh and inviting environment Perform floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain cleanliness and safety across all areas Handle laundry duties including collecting, washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently Maintain public areas by cleaning lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other shared spaces with precision and care Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health standards Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold room quality standards Support team members with additional janitorial or custodial tasks as needed to keep the facility in top condition Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques Knowledge of floor care methods including mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning equipment operation Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred for understanding guest service expectations Familiarity with industrial cleaning tools and custodial supplies to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Strong organizational skills for managing multiple rooms or areas simultaneously without sacrificing quality Excellent communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues accurately Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly enhance guest experiences!
