Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of rental homes, venue, bathrooms, prep kitchen, and common areas following established protocols. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure readiness for guest needs. Handle industrial cleaning tasks using appropriate equipment to maintain hygiene standards in larger or specialized areas. Follow safety procedures during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold facility standards. Assist with overall janitorial duties as needed, supporting the team in delivering a spotless environment that exceeds expectations. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments with a focus on housekeeping management. Expertise in floor care techniques including vacuuming, stripping, waxing, and polishing different types of flooring. Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred for understanding guest service standards. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and custodial practices to handle diverse cleaning challenges efficiently. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards consistently. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple tasks effectively.
