Hotel Housekeeper

Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment. Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces regularly. Care for floors using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment to keep carpets, tiles, and hardwoods in top condition. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, linens, and amenities to ensure guest comfort at all times. Follow established safety and cleaning protocols to ensure a hygienic environment that complies with health regulations. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety. Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and uniforms. Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial work within hotels or hospitality settings is highly preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques for various surfaces and floor care methods. Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service principles. Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
