Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service in the hospitality industry. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs. Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming as needed. Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working condition. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing all areas, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist with laundry services as required, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns. Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a smooth operation within the facility. Experience Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is an asset. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. A background in hospitality or customer service will be beneficial for this role. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
