Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and presentable. Restock guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks as needed. Maintain cleanliness in public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with laundry duties when required, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is preferred but not required. Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.
