Job Description
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining clean, sanitary, and welcoming homes while completing assigned work efficiently and professionally. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, good time-management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, baseboards, and other surfaces Clean windows, mirrors, appliances, cabinets, and countertops Remove trash and dispose of it properly Complete move-out, turnover, and deep-cleaning assignments Restock cleaning supplies as needed Safely use cleaning products, tools, and equipment Report damages, maintenance concerns, and missing items to management Follow assigned cleaning schedules and checklists Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition Ensure each property is left clean, orderly, and ready for occupancy Perform other cleaning-related duties as assigned Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and complete cleaning checklists Comfortable working independently Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift cleaning supplies and equipment Professional and respectful when working around tenants, residents, and staff
