Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure hygienic environments. Clean floors thoroughly using floor care techniques suitable for various surfaces, including carpet cleaning and outdoor work as needed. Manage residential housekeeping responsibilities with precision, including organizing spaces and maintaining clutter-free environments. Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to manual handling guidelines for heavy lifting and equipment use. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on cleaning progress, and address any special requests or concerns promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles; hotel or janitorial experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and janitorial supplies. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities for client interaction and feedback. Outdoor work experience is a plus, demonstrating adaptability across different environments.
