In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, and restocking supplies Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to ensure availability and quality Use proper floor care techniques to maintain carpets and hard floors, including vacuuming, buffing, and stripping as needed Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to facilitate quick repairs and uphold property standards Assist with inventory management by monitoring cleaning supplies and requesting replenishments when necessary Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hotels or hospitality environments is highly preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, buffing, and stripping floors Strong understanding of hospitality standards with a focus on guest satisfaction Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is advantageous Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards Previous housekeeper management experience is a plus but not required Join us in delivering exceptional service through meticulous cleaning and hospitality excellence!
