Job Description

The Lodge at Mills River is currently seeking Full-time and Part-time Housekeeping Aides to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Sweep and mop floors, clean rugs, carpets, and furniture. Clean toilets, sinks, and other restroom fixtures. Dust furniture, pictures, and baseboard. Wash walls, windows, door panels, and sills. Empty and clean wastebaskets, and transport trash and waste to disposal area. Replenish bathroom supplies for hand washing at sink areas and disposable gloves for nursing. Clean and disinfect oxygen machines and other equipment. Clean patient beds, mattress, furniture, drawers, bathroom, and closet when patient has been discharged. Follow guidelines for labeling of cleaning supplies, wearing appropriate personal protection equipment, etc. and label products and bottles according to facility guidelines.
